I love coming in to this salon. Always friendly staff, especially Felicia. Clean place and not pushy in trying to get you to upgrade. I love being able to relax in clean beds and feel safe. I have been coming here since my other local salon has gone under. I am impressed with the professional and friendly atmosphere and that is what keeps me returning. The beds are great and the prices are reasonable but what I appreciate the most are the great staff, I am impressed as I have not come across one employee that wasn't as excited as myself to escape to a few minutes of bliss. Paige has been a great employee, always positive no matter how mundane and repetitive my requests are. Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past. I walked into the Gresham location expecting some young/uneducated girl to try and sell me something I was not looking to buy. I was pleasantly surprised with the AMAZING customer service I received!! Deidra was GREAT!! She knew what she was talking about and was very informative.
