If you want to eat healthier, this is the place to shop. Whether you are knowledgable or not makes no difference because their employees are good at answering your questions. What I really like is that they have a health food bar where you can order healthy drinks. It's big there and very organized. In addition to food, you can also buy books or health/beauty aids. more

Wonderful health food 7/27/2005

Sunrise Farms is an excellent place to go if you want to live a healthy lifestyle. They have an organic produce market. They also have a pharmacy. The pharmacist will assist you in finding natural herbs to heal whatever ailment you may have. Sunrise carries many grocery products ranging from chips to tofu products. I enjoy the bath and body section and use most of their products faithfully. Also, if you are thirsty, go to the back for a healthy smoothie! more
