Time to get healthy 8/20/2005

I love going to this small grocery store and stocking up on health food! They have an organic produce section as well as a juice bar in the back. The store also has a pharmacy. The doctor likes to talk in detail about what is bothering you and will assist in finding the right herbs for you. Before you take any hearbs and you are already on medications, I would advise you talk to your regular doctor first. The freezer section is filled with tofu and soy products. I think the price is reasonable for what they offer. more
