I'm a bit of a food snob and truly don't even care that much for breakfast food, I would rather have chicken wings, gyro, or steak fajitas but yesterday my friends took me to Sunnyside grill and I got something called a ""smelton"" I believe and it was the best breakfast experience I can remember in quite sometime. The service was good and the food was even better. I will defiantly be back the next time i wake up early with and empty stomach and a hang over. The only thing that would of made this place better is if they would of served boose because a John Daily would of complimented my ""Smelton"" quite nicely. I am usually a fan of non chain restaurants but this place has made me want to go to the closest McDonalds! Waiting for our food was over a half of an hour, some of it was cold. One member of the party didn't get their entire order and no on noticed until we brought it to their attention when we were paying, no apologies. Avoid at all costs! more

First off i want to say that the food when we go is always excellent to good job to the cooks. There is one server in particular that is awful, she is an older looking lady with dark hair, i would give her name but she has never greeted us with it so i have no idea. She is very rude, not once has she offered to give us refills we had to ask every time and when we wanted boxes we had to ask and she acted like it was such a tall order. Word of advice to that server, if you don't like your job WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Please don't treat the customer poorly. I was a server for five years and if i would have treated customers the way we were treated here i would have never made any money. Again i think the food is excellent every time, and i don't want to put down all the servers, i just want people to know not to expect much in the way of customer service. I usually do not complain but i have had this server many times and it is always the same thing so i feel i have to say something. more

I have never been so rudely treated in my life - when my burger came out raw, the cook yelled throughout the diner about how nothing was wrong - 1 comment I could handle, but a 1-1/2 minute tirade was too much. My wife and I left without finishing the meal, or paying. Previously, we had frequented the diner about 2-3 time a month - Now I will tell what happened to all I know - some places do not deserve to be in business. Maybe the Cook would be better suited in a janitorial career. Pros: other restaurants nearby... Cons: bad ownership more

Now this is a friendly and clean place to eat. They serve great big portions of food and the waitresses are always friendly and ""on the ball."" A lot of construction guys eat here. It is fast and friendly just like the name! They have great big double deckers and their chili is pretty good. You get a great big plate of food so you never leave hungry. The best part about this place is you never leave feeling like you didn't get your money's worth because their prices are very reasonable. There restrooms are clean too. Nothing fancy here just a good old fashioned grill where you can get a great big plate of fries with that.... Pros: great prices and friendly service Cons: no place to sit at lunchtime more
