We have 3 cars, and all are serviced here. They're always upfront with us about what needs to be done and never fooled us. They really take good care of our cars.

Worst

The mechanic was helpful but that's it. The writer could not give me any estimates for any future estimates and did not make any effort to help me, terrible cust. service.

2006 F-150 service 9/22/2013

First time in shop, Everyone did a nice job, just wondered if there were "packages" for some of the services my truck received. I had a Oil change, Tire rotation, balancing, Brake fluid flush, Power steering flush. Everything was charged induvidually, but it looked like there might have been packages like Firestone I, II, III service packages for my first visit. Overall the Service was Good more

Sunland may be a small shop but the personal servie and friendliness of the servie is wonderful. I will continue to bring my car there as long as tney are in business. more

I've purchased: 1. transmission flush. 2. Cooland Flush. 3. Oil change. after service was done under the hood there was resdue and some dry coolant markes at the resevore and on the container that made feel like the service didn't take place. Also, oil change sticker was missing for next service. I think they need to pay more attention to details. more

Horrible mechanics with no respect for my car 7/30/2013

I had 3 hub caps dented. I take great pride in my truck and came out with dents and service that was not complete. I will not return. more

Unprofessional techs 7/15/2013

While Manager John is a great guy, the company and its prices suck! For one, to get so-called 'warranty' service done would've cost me more in labor than what other places would charge for the entire job and MUCH more than what it costs for me to do it myself. more
