Great Disposal Replacement 6/14/2018

Gary W. from Sundial has been to our home before and did a terrific job. This visit was to replace a worn out garbage disposal. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem without hesitation. He quickly prepared an estimate, and once approved, completed the work in less than an hour. Gary isn't chatty -- he gets right to work, but is professional and responsive to questions. I highly recommend Sundial Plumbing and Gary W. is a tremendous representative. They have been and will be our go to resource for all our plumbing issues. more

Review of plumbing work completed by Cris Weiand 6/5/2018

Chris arrived at our house at the appointed time. He was personal, professional and well spoken. He analyzed our problem quickly, estimated the cost of repair and with our approval immediately went to work fixing our plumbing problem. A short time later the work was completed at the price he first quoted. He took the time to make certain all areas that he worked in were cleaned up and the floors swept. Because access to the leaking pipes were behind a ceramic tile wall, Chris had to cut out the tiles to gain access. I was concerned because this was going to turn a small repair into a costly ceramic tile replacement repair. Chris was able to remove the ceramic tiles without breaking or damaging any of them in an exacting manner allowing me to re-attach the tiles at little cost to me. I will ask for Chris again if I have any plumbing issues in the future. TGL Atlanta more

Plumbing 5/4/2018

Chris W. did a great job. He showed up on time and got right to work. He replaced some parts that were not part of the original plan in order to improve the performance of the new items. He finished on time and left the work area clean. We have tried many plumbing companies in the past but use SunDial because they provide great service. more

Great service! 4/26/2018

We had an after hour emergency, where water was pouring from our garage ceiling, from the bathroom upstairs. Chris came after hours and was extremely pleasant and very thorough in looking for the problem. After he fixed the problems, he cleaned everything up and was so polite and thanked us for our business. Being that he was here from about 6:30-8:30pm and was still a gentleman, was great! We have been with Sundial Plumbing for over 5 years now and have always trusted their work and their customer service is wonderful. more

Repair Main House Water Line 12/18/2017

Chris arrived looked at the area of leakage, determined what needed to be done, provided an estimate & I agreed to the work. It was raining & muddy and a very unpleasant task to dig down to the leak to resolve the problem. When he was finished, you could not tell he had been there, as turf grass was replaced. Chris was very professional & knowledgeable. more

Bill was assigned our plumbing problem on October 30, 2017. Upon a timely arrival, Bill established a friendly approach, immediately inquired about the problem and began work assessment. Before starting work he explained what he felt was the issue and provided an advance quote of cost to correct. Bill's technical knowledge did not cloud our understanding, as he took patience to explain in a manner a lay person knew what and how the processes would proceed. Bottom-line... good work ethic, knowledgeable and a solid asset (employee) for Sundial Plumbing. more

From the minute we first contacted Sundial Plumbing until Chris & Tyrone rolled out of the driveway, we received topnotch care. Chris & Tyrone were very efficient & respectful as they flushed our hot water heater, installed a new toilet, & repaired a leaking copper pipe in our crawl space. Chris was upfront about pricing & worked with us to reduce costs. Overall we were extremely pleased with our experience! more
