Sundek Of San Antonio

We had this product installed on our back porch and our front walk and porch after we installed our new deck. Our deck builder reommended Sundek and knew we were going to use the product so he left our deck a little higher than the concrete porch so that there would be a smooth transition from concrete to wood. The product itself looks really good. However, with the first good rain in months we discover that tthe back porch has a low spot that holds water. They finally got back to us last week. One rep said it was unacceptable and needed to be fixed, the person that sold it to us said he couldn't fix it without making it worse, and blamed our deck builder for leaving the deck to high. Just to be clear the deck was in place before Sundek came in to do the concrete. So now we are stuck with a porch that holds water, but that is okay with Sundek of San Antonio, because "we are lucky that we live in a place where it doesn't rain very often" I gave one star because this is a five star product with 0 star customer service. RESPONSE FROM Sundek of San Antonio: The General Manager met with Mr. & Mrs. Williams last week (10/3). A Sundek crew is scheduled for the week of 10/21 or 10/28 and will be addressing the concerns and repairing the low spots. It is Sundek of San Antonio's goal to have happy and satisfied customers. Beautiful job to our back patio. love the color. when the patio was originally poured there was a patio drainage problem. water pooled on the patio. Sundek corrected the problem and all is good. more

Sundek of San Antonio did great work for me, but it took forever for them to get the job done. They had to postpone the date twice on me. That made it difficult for me because I had events going on in my home that had to also get rescheduled in order to accommodate them. The end results were good no doubt, but completion took much longer than I anticipated. more

This was the second job done by Sundek. As pereviously, the staff kept us informed of the process and completion of the various stages. We're very happy with the end product. Will recommend to any of our friends. more

We contracted with Sundek to do our interior floors. A 10 day job that was to start in June is still not completed and today we received this email from the original sales rep on the job:\r \r I do apologize for the delay in my reply. I do confirm that Sundek is finished with the job on (location redacted) so you may move forward with a new contractor to complete the repairs to our floors.\r \r Needless to say, the District Atty's office will be hearing from me. more

Sundek of San Antonio did the sidewalk, the small patio area outside of our sliding glass door, and the flooring in our gazebo. They did an excellent job with everything. They took a lot of care with not leaving a mess or any residue around the edges. more

Sundek of San Antonio worked on our front and back patio and it all turned out great! We were concerned about the actual color at first but they were able to do a little bit at a time to see if we liked it and it all turned out great. We used their sandstone product. The workers were very great with doing the actual work. The sales person was very helpful and told us in detail about the product. We had a really great experience with them! Sundek of San Antonio came back a second time to do what they had to. Their manager is very honest and great. The first color chosen was a color that burned your feet if you walked on it. The first time, I wasn't as thrilled, but for what they did for me recently, they didn't recharge me and they scheduled me when they could. The people I dealt with did were great. They did the right thing as far as repainting it and not charging me. The manager was really concerned with getting the job right. I'm in the service business also and that means a lot. more
