Friendly & helpful 2/6/2016

Even though service areas are very busy, the service schedulers remained calm & helpful. One young man even led me over to the right department with a pleasant, friendly demeanor. Very much appreciated. more

Paint inside my car 11/17/2015

After a deer ran into the driver side car I took it the dealership where I bought it to have the repairs completed. The car smelled strongly of paint fumes when I picked it up but I figured this was normal. Today as I was driving the sun came through the side window and I noticed the cause of the smell. The interior of my car is sparkly from paint. more

The staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles. They are trustworthy and friendly. If you do not need certain servicing on the car, they will tell you. Previous cars I have owned from other dealers, the people would do work on the car if is was needed or not. more

Closest dealer and great service. 11/13/2015

Great dealer and great staff. My only complaint is the waiting area for customers needs upgrading. I will not wait for my vehicle to be repaired due to the waiting area. The management should look at other dealers waiting areas for improvements. more

No complaints on work performed, major complaint is how they handle appointments. If I make an appoint I expect to be serviced within 15 minutes, I understand things happen but nonetheless if an appointment is made for 9am I would expect to have the car in by 9:15. As usual I had a mire than 45 minute wait for my "appointment". Quite frankly I will give 1 more chance, in about 3 months if I have to wait yet again I will not return. more

Excellent dealership 10/30/2015

I had dealt with a different dealership on my first Hyundai Sante Fe and was not satisfied with their service. went to Sunbury Motors & stayed with Sunbury Motors Bought my second Hyundai Sante Fe sport from Sunbury Motors this past July more
