I have never delt with a more disorganized, rude, establishment in all of my years of being a car owner. It is amazing to me how great the car sales people are , and how much they want to talk to you about trading in a 5 year old Huuandi, for a NEW one. But when it comes to repairs under warenty, nobody wants to talk to you. After calling this place, I was told nobody could answer my questions but a lady named "mel" after several failed attempts trying to reach her by phone, I ended up having to drive to sunbury motors, and track her down myself, JUST to get some questions about my warrenty answered, and to make an appointment. I was told by several employees that most people were deer hunting, and its almost like I should just have drove my car around with a faulty oxygen sensor until everybody's freezer was filled up that works there.
