Although they were over 2 hours late and did not even bother to call me, most windows were done correctly. One was somehow forgotten and nobody noticed it when they went back to check the finished product. Another window had terribly cut and applied film - really jagged and crooked. They came to fix these two problems, however, the window that was re-filmed is still substandard (jagged edges) and has film pieces hanging off. I called to ask if someone else might be able to come out to fix it so that I don't offend the person who ""fixed"" it, and the person on the line seemed offended, said he would ""make a note of it,"" and did not even ask for my name or phone number. Then, I looked online and discovered that this is a family business. Family businesses still need to be run professionally, and if a job is not done correctly, the problem needs to be handled in a professional manner. I have not heard back from them.
