Don't get it in a slant. The insurance has noting to do with the service of the Dentistry. I am very sqimish about going to any doctor. Dr. Pompey and her staff put me at ease when I went there. I really enjoyed the experience. She was not in my network eather. I just went to someone that I trust. So The blame is your insurance provider not the work provided. more

Do not go here. My wife called and they indicated they took our insurance. When my wife & daughter were being taken back to be seen, they said our insurance only covered 60%. This was because the dentist was out of network but they did not tell us that. After the appointment we owed $150 for something that should have been covered in full. They were misleading then extremely rude afterwards when we were trying to get answers. Why were they rude? Because they knew exactly what they were doing, knew they had pulled one over on us, knew that they leached money out of us, & knew that we would not be back since they did not participate in our insurance plan as they had previously stated. As we had just moved from out of state and had new insurance, my wife did not know any better as she was being walked back to the chair.\r \r Dishonest, rude, obviously they care more about their pocket book then by taking care of customers. This is NOT the dentist for you. Avoid at ALL COSTS. (My wife did like the actual dentist but be very wary of their underhanded ways). more
