They fixed it without an extra charge (this is why I used 2 stars instead of 1), but my annual pass to Red Rock mysteriously disappeared from my car while it was in their possession. I've been wrenching on vehicles for 13 years and do almost all of my own vehicle repairs. The only time I take my vehicles to a shop is when I either don't have the necessary equipment or just don't feel like doing the work myself. Needless to say I only take my vehicles to shops that I trust. I've taken my project Jeep to Sun Country twice so far and am extremely satisfied with their no nonsense fix it right without ripping you off way of doing business. In reading the good reviews I decided to get my a/c checked out here as it wasn't working. I dropped it off and an hour later they filled it up with freon and charged me $200 for it which seemed excessive but on a 108 degree day it sounded like a bargain. On my 5 mile drive home the a/c was only intermittently working and now a incessant clicking noise was present. I thought, give it time. I then let it rest for a few hours before going out and had the same problem. I called them to complain and they informed me they were only open 8-1 Saturday and not at all Sunday which is totally inconvenient. Upon telling them they a/c wasn't working they insinuated I was an idiot and said it worked fine when they left it with me. But therein lies the problem. They didn't drive the car around the block to verify the a/c worked, just parked it outside. When I bring it in to get it fixed, they charged me even more money to refill the freon. After these two attempts, the outcome is waiting in small claims court. Pros: Friendly people Cons: Didn't perform service/liars more

I have tried many different car places in Vegas over the years, none provides the personal quality of service that Paul with Suncountry does. As a recent example, in the spring this year I was told by TedWiens that we would need new tires on our 2007 Mazda 5. Paul instead verified that the tires we indeed still good at very least through the summer. In the past I would order tires from tirerack and have them locally installed. Not this time, a few weeks ago we brought the Mazda 5 to Suncountry for 4 new tires and a front brake job. We went with the tires that Paul highly recommended, Toyo Versado. The total price came out to be almost the same as I would have paid for Bridgestones through tirerack. With the big difference that together with the quality installation and balancing by Suncountry the Toyo Versados are the best tire I ever had, better than much more expensive ones I had on cars like an Audi A8 and A6 in the past. The are smooth and super quiet. Brakes are also working as they should now.
