Sun City Women's Health Care

I was actually very very happy with my experiende with Dr. Noe. I was there for an abnormal test that I did not understand. He took the time to explain it to me and even drew me a picture. I was very comfortable after speaking with him. I'm not sure what the problem was with the other lady's bill but I know that when I had a question on how I would be billed, Vanessa helped me to understand that as well. I have recommend Dr. Noe to everybody. more

I went in for my annual exam on January 5, 2012. I knew that I was being charged the wrong fee by the front desk. I tried to reason with the staff. I have insurance. I explained that there was a mistake. I was told unless I paid in full I would not be seen by a doctor. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told there was no supervisor and unless I paid in full I would not be seen by a medical doctor. I said, charge me for 75% and if there is more bill me later. The staff refused and said unless I paid in full I would not be seen by a doctor. I paid in full. I called the next day and spoke with billing. It was confirmed that I was wrongly charged. and it has taken until today, Feb. 17 to get the money refunded to me. I have also waited about and hour on hold. I am going somewhere next year. more

I have to strongly disagree with you. Dr. Noe delivered both my children and i would strongly recommend him, and have, to friends & family. Everything from beginning to end was great. more

My experience at sun city womens' health care was an interesting one. From receptionists to nurses, to the actual ""professionals"", or so they call themselves i would not, under ANY circumstances recommend this clinic to anyone. Pregnancy shoul to be a time when an expectant mother should feel comfortable and at ease with her health care providers. This, for me, unfortunately was not the case. At one point, i was set to have a colposcopy done and like any other first timer, was skeptical and had many questions. The "" nurse/practitioner"" who was in charge of this, her name is Tess, was upset and offended by my concerns and denied me my right, as a patient to have any procedures explained to me. My last straw was when Dr Noe himself, and i use the term Doctor very loosely , had the nerve to refer to backside. For any SMART women, who expects respect, and a service she is paying for, be it private insurance or medicaid, i DO NOT recommend this clinic simply for its unprofessionalism and inhumane health care providers. After trnsfering clinics, i am now HAPPY and CONFIDENT with nurses who make me feel happy with my decision. i know that my current Doctor will provide me with the best for me and my child as opposed to what dr noe said to me when sed and i quote "" you will not find a dr who will hold your hand and agree with you. That dr. does not exsist. i hope my review will help anyone who is a first timer at this clinic. god luck!!!
