The sad thing is that the product is good, and I can feel a real difference in the drafty-ness of my place. The saddest part though is the business end. I'm not one to expect something for nothing, but $3000 out of my pocket and 5 hours on the job seems to me to have been a majot outlay for a rush job. When I asked the crew boss to allow the patch in the wall to set before painting, his response was that if he did that they'd be there all night and the boss wouldn't like that The sales pitch was more like a timeshare promotion than a Q & A session with a seasoned pro. Straight forward question were answered vaguely and then some great line about how much you'd save off of an exagerated utility bill. I never did get an answer to the question of the cost per square foot, and even though they used some sort of measurement equation for theit purposes, the tape measure had the first 12 or so inches cut off!!!
Pros: cqn feel the difference in the drafty-ness of my place
Cons: pushy sales, crew boss indifference to quality
