Dell Computers wouldnt support helping us break into windows after we lost the password and they wanted us to just wipe the whole computer clean and we had thousands of dollars of work on there! We couldnt afford to do that. The Area 51 REP came out in the middle of the night and saved our boots. They do all repair and consulting now!
