Fast, Friendly Service Every Time 12/18/2016

Summers Automotive is the only place we take our vehicles to be serviced. This visit was for an oil change on line with-to-us Nissan XTerra. I waited while my car was serviced and was in and out in about a half hour. This is the best auto repair shop we've ever used more

Very fair people, the service shop that doesn't try to take advantage of a person. They know exactly what to repair and get it done at a reasonable price. Great customer service. Wished they were open longer hours or on Saturdays, hard to get to with traffic during a work week. more

Kind and trustworthy 11/10/2016

Summers wasn't able to fix my car problem (it requires a body shop) but they did what they could to put things in place more securely until I can get that further work done and didn't even charge me. They answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly and referred me to a body shop they trust. This body shop was pleasant to work with. This is all consistent with my past experiences with Summers- I have never felt like they overcharged me or recommended something I didn't need. Absolutely recommend this business. more

Yet again 11/4/2016

I think it's going on 5 years now since I first tried Summers, about 4.5 years longer than I've ever been happy at one place. I've rolled in with newer Fords and Subarus and ancient Fords, and always come away convinced I've had the best service and/or advice possible. Thanks Brian, Jeff, Karen and guys in the shop! more

Spent a Little Money to Save a Lot of Money 10/10/2016

We have been shopping for a used car and found a 1999Jeep Grand Cherokee with 98,000 miles that looked well cared for. We out down a deposit and called Summers Automotive to see about getting it inspected. Although they were short-staffed and had a full shop, Jeff understood the urgency and worked us in. I'm so glad we waited! The list of repairs needed was long - and expensive. We would have been OK with some minor repairs on an older car, but we were looking at $3,500 in repairs on a $4700 purchase! We spent $115 on the inspection and it was money we'll spent. I love this shop because they are so honest and do quality work. more

Old truck keeps running 9/28/2016
