We found this restaurant, located in a strip mall, through the ""Entertainment Book"", in which Sultan advertised a free entree when you buy one. I just went to Sultan today, i have gone there before too. After the new management took over, this was my first time. BIG difference from the last time. Service was Great. Food was fantastic. Interior looks a lot better than before. Pros: food , service and interior Cons: didn't find any this time, I will look for them next time. more

My wife and I visited in August (evidently after the new management took over) and we loved it. We had some basic dishes, but they were prepared perfectly, and very flavorful. Service was quick and friendly. Giving it a 4/5 only because we didn't order a wide enough selection to truly judge it a 5/5, but it was definitely a good start. When I visited this restaurant, at first they took forever to take my order. Then when the food arrived it was totally lukewarm. It wasn't even cooked well and the food had no taste and flavor. Even I cook better at home. Then to add to all this the waiter asks me if I want the leftovers as ""take out"" and I said yes. After hearing tjis, the owner walks right behind the waiter and yells at him asking him not to pack the leftovers. Then the owner walks up to me and rudely tells me in broken English that I cant have it. I said I didn't in the very forst place ask but the waiter offered to do it. We were very pleased at finding this excellent Indian Restaurant in a shopping mall in North Wales. We were greated and seated respectfully. The free appetizer was quite good. The menu was extensive and all the dishes were explained to our satisfaction. My wife and I ordered one appetizer, one meat entree and one vegetable dish (that was it--three dishes for two people). The food was delicious, and the servings so large that we couldn't finish our meals. We were stuffed, but pleasantly so. I was also pleased with the bill, which was very reasonable, for the quality of food and service. When we return to this area, we will surely dine at the Sultan again. Truly outstanding gem in North Wales. The food is rich and delightfull. My wife and I were looking for a local place to pickup some quick Indian food, and we found this oasis of a restaurant. We tried multiple foods from the menu, and every single item was outstanding. I usually do not get so excited about a restaurant, and its really hard to find a good authentic Indian restaurant such as this.
