My children have seen another physician at this practice for many years. We are very fond of him and continue to see him even though the office staff can lack friendliness and helpfulness. However, this year I decided my daughter needed to start seeing a female doctor, so we switched to Dr. Sullivan. Bad idea. We waited an inordinate amount of time to see her late in the afternoon. She seemed very rushed, and weighed and measured my daughter--nothing else. No blood work (which we are used to having done annually and no immunization update (which I believed was needed based on the standard schedule.) Not only that, but when we left and were given the annual physical paperwork it was just a reprint of the 2009 report, including the electronic signature of the doctor who performed the exam last year. I am wondering why we even bothered. I am very disappointed, and am now faced with having to take time of work to have another office visit to do what should have been done the first time.
