Definitely recommend Sullivan Buick GMC. Very rare to find a dealership that treats their customers like family but that's exactly what my wife and I found with Sullivan. Gabe Szwec and Bill Lucey displayed exceptional customer service. Professional, patient, helpful, thorough are just a few words to describe these guys. My family and I have been customers of Sullivan since the early 90's. Every time I walk into Sullivan I am greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. Dan and Gabe Szwec always make purchasing a car an easy process. They are willing to work with their customers to find the best deal that works within their budget. Mike O'Connell made the ending process of signing the necessary paperwork quick and easy. I trust in everyone at this dealership from sales to the service department and know I will always receive the best care. They treat you more like family than customers while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! more

We just purchased our second Buick Enclave from Sullivan. This dealership is so nice to work with. The dealership is very clean, and the people that work there are so courteous. They take pride in everything that they do. They are so accommodating too.\r \r Our salesman Geoff who we purchased both cars from, is a very down to earth man. I hadn't purchased a new car in a number of years, so I was nervous at first. A trusted friend recommended Sullivan Buick GMC and I couldn't have been more thrilled. The sales rep (Gabe) was very friendly and able to provide valuable insight into the type of vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. I was recently in an accident and in need of a new car. I did my research and new what I was looking for and I was referred to Sullivan through the Costco auto buying service. I spoke with Matt Sherry, told him what I wanted and he found it and within 48-hours I was driving away in my new GMC Acadia Denali! Super easy, very friendly and a great deal!! I found my way to Sullivan Buick GMC through Autotrader, when I was looking for a lightly used (Certified) Chevy Volt. Their listing had great pictures, and the car looked terrific. I emailed them, Talia contacted me right away, and we quickly had an appointment setup. I went to the dealership at 4 pm on a Wednesday, and Gabe had the car ready to go. My wife and kids hopped in for a test drive, and when we came back, Gabe was ready to do the deal. We really didn't negotiate because frankly, the price was right where it needed to be (I checked around). I already had financing lined up, so we just had to sign a bunch of papers and we were on the road by 5:30 with my old alumni plates on the car and everything! I couldn't be more impressed, and will certainly tell my friends and family to go there. more
