Dr. Suh is a phenomenal general dentist for the entire family but what I didn’t know what his ability to help me with my TMJD. If you haven't suffered from TMJD and the pain, not to mention the major inconvenience associated with it, you will not fully appreciate what Dr. Suh can do. For almost two years, I started having migraines, vertigo, and tinnitus and had no idea what was causing these symptoms because I never experienced such dizziness and pain. I was sent to many different doctors, including ENT’s and neurologists. None with a reason for the cause except medications and injections for the migraines. I also tried physical therapy and adjustments from the chiropractor with minimal relief. Well- who would of thought it's all jaw related?? March of 2013, I came to Dr. Suh and was diagnosed with TMJD. I was skeptical at first because I could not believe all this pain was caused by the misalignment of my jaw (and this comes from a person who wants to become a dentist). However, within weeks of wearing my orthotic, my migraines and dizzy spells reduced from many times a week to a few each month. Currently, I am now off of ALL migraine medications and can truly thank Dr. Suh and his staff for their patience and compassion during the course of my treatment!! more

Dr. Suh and his amazing team are amazing!!! Words can't describe the way you feel from your first phone call to every time you step in their door. You are always greeted promptly and everyone is super friendly! I felt like we were old friends immediately! I have never had such a thorough exam then when I went to his office. They spent so much quality time with me trying to figure out what I was looking for and how to meet my requests. This was the best teeth cleaning I have EVER had! She was incredibly informative, gentle and sensitive to my needs. I felt so comfortable in their care. Dr. Suh was very kind and knowledgeable. I needed a few cavities filled unfortunately but they showed me how small they were and assured me that he could take care of them conservatively which I REALLY appreciated! Once I had the cavities filled it was completely painless! I got to watch tv, I didn't even feel the numbing shot at all! (First time ever :) To finish things off I was offered a nice warm towel at the end. I would recommend this office over and over... they are the best out there!!! more

I purchased a deal through Amazon for x-rays, an exam & cleaning at Supremia Dentistry. What seemed like an excessive amount of x-rays and pictures were taken which were very uncomfortable (apparently b/c I have a small mouth but I've never had an issue before). The assistant kept apologizing b/c she knew it was hurting yet didn't try to do anything differently. Then came the scare tactics. They told me things like, not to blow on my kid's food to cool it off b/c I would be transferring bacteria from my mouth to theirs which would cause them to get cavities. Come on, is that practical? And when I told them I mostly drink 100% fruit juice they said to throw it out b/c it's garbage! They might have stoned me if I had said soda. They also made a big deal about me having teeth extracted before I had braces put on in my teens & said that process is ""old school"". It was 15+ yrs ago! I have an uncomplicated dental history so you can imagine my surprise when Dr Suh 'threatened' that if I didn't make some changes & do something about my mouth I could expect to add a few zeros to my bill. The dentist never even looked in my mouth! I had to schedule an appointment 2 weeks later to get his findings after he'd had time to review my x-rays & the Hygienists notes. That appointment was with the Business Coordinator who informed me I have $3000 in cavities (that weren't there 9 months earlier when I had my teeth cleaned by another dentist). I did briefly talk to Dr Suh at that appointment. He was friendly but did a lot of boasting and knocking down of other dentists. Staff was friendly and I did get my teeth cleaned but I'm getting a second opinion on the work that needs to be done b/c I don't trust them. more

Make sure to get second opinion after seeing this dentist. I will be honest I have no idea what kind of work he does because after my first vist I never went back. Dr. Suh never even looked in my mouth. I was seen by the hygenist and she did a great job cleaning my teeth and scaring the crap out of me to set me up to spend money. I was told that I needed extra deep cleaning done under my gums or I would have a stroke or heart attack. P.S this costs $295 per treatment x four treatments and is not covered by insurance. They took x-rays and pictures of my teeth. I was in the office for three hours and just got a passing hello from the dentist as he walked by my room. I was told to come back in a week for my presention of work that needed to be done. The person from the front desk took me back into a room to tell me everything that was wrong with my mouth. Then she hit me with the $14,645.00 price tag. Well, needless to say I got a second opinion from another dentist. Upon that second opinion I didn't even have one cavity. The second dentist could not find one thing wrong with my mouth. The second hygenist was so impressed that there was barely an tarter on my teeth and she didn't have to do very much scaling. I guess I didn't need that extra deep cleaning anyway. Guess who my new dentist is? NOT DR. SUH. I should have got the hint when my appointment was canceled three different times. Once the office was all going on a trip for training. One other time the Dr. was going out of the country. Gee, I wonder who is footing the bill for all his jet setting? Suckers who are dumb enough to spend $14,645.00 on dental work that doesn't need to be done. My insurance covers 100% of industry stanard for cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Suh's office charged 191.00 over standard charge for cleaning and x-ray exam which came out of my pocket. Like I said he might do excellent dental work but I wouldn't know. Since I didn't really need any of the work done that they said I did. Buyer beware if anyone ever tells you that you need that much work done get a second opinion. more

""Cleanings are never supposed to cause pain""- Dr. Suh informed me at my first cleaning visit with him. Cleaning visits were always painful for me physically at other dental offices, and I thought that was normal. Needless to say, Dr. Suh and his team have shown me otherwise, and I am eternally grateful! Dr. Ed Suh has truly changed my life. I have also struggled with TMJ for the majority of my life, and through his expertise in this field, I have been cured from it! His team is very knowledgeable and professional yet very kind and down-to-earth. Ive been to many dentists, and Dr. Suh is the BEST dentist with whom I have conducted business. I don't ever want to go to another dentist for fear that they will never measure up to what I have experienced with Dr. Suh and his team. Don't you want the best dental care? It is imperative that you choose Dr. Suh as your dentist. Trust me, you will not regret it. more

Once you have been to the Dr. Edmund W. Suh dental practice, you will never want to go elsewhere. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like a friend of their ""family"". The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, everyone is pleasant and explains procedures thoroughly so there is nothing to fear. Dr. Suh has to be the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever met; I come from a family in the dental field from dental labs to dentists. As much as I love my family, there is no comparison as to who is best; thank heavens they are in another state so they will not be reading this. Pros: Pleasant Happy Atmosphere Cons: None more

There aren't enough words to describe the experience we have had with Dr. Suh. He and his entire staff are truly unlike any group in the medical field that we have seen. We have four small children with whom he is spectacular - and my husband and I are more impressed with him upon each and every visit. From the minute you walk into the door and are warmly welcomed until you're ready to leave, it is the most pleasant time you could have. The equiptment and the office environment are top of the line...I just had fillings done today and was able to sit back and watch TV on the ceiling through the entire proceedure. Unreal! I have had some unpleasant experiences in the past with other dentists, so I was amazed at how painless today was. We could go on and on about Dr. Suh and every person in his office. They truly are the BEST! Pros: Kind and professional. more
