WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! hello I am just writing to thank you SUGAR PLUM because I was about to purchase the dress on your website and called the store for help. I was told they could not give me out the size of the dress that i have tried on the other day in the store and I need to use a size chart. LOL well I'd like to say thank you because I just found the dress on a different website cheaper and I would much rather get it there than off of your website and/or store. I wondering how many people you make to do the same thing! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! since I'm gonna USE the SIZE CHART I'll do it somewhere else! Will NEVER go to this store again!!! EVER! For EVERYONE go to www.missesdress... www.macktakmart and i guarantee you will find the dress you saw at sugar plum much cheaper!!!! even without the style number and designer you will be able to find it more

I have been shopping here since 2002. Great selection of dresses. Great service with choosing a dress and choosing jewelry. HOWEVER, disastrous experience with alterations. This created un-needed angst during the week of my child's wedding. The alteration service was poorly scheduled, rudely executed and the alterations were sub par. I had to go elsewhere for the proper attention and fitting of my dress. THE SHOP IS GREAT. THE ALTERATIONS SHOULD BE DONE ELSEWHERE. more
