Hiring suburban relocation systems was like a blessing for me during my last move. I called them, got a quote and signed an e-contract. They did everything else. They packed everything carefully and loaded them cautiously onto the van. The movers were superbly skilled and very friendly. The delivery window was big but they delivered early. Nothing was broken, damaged or lost. Suburban relocation systems did a fantastic job last weekend on our move. We had 27 boxes and lots of furniture and they were able to move us out of our old apartment and into our new apartment in no time. They were so professional, friendly, and smiled the whole time, even though we hardly lifted a finger. We have a lot of big glass pieces and everything made the move without an issue. Their seemed friendly enough when I called them the first time and quoted me a very handsome per hour rate. They didn’t have state-of-the-art fleet or uniformed men. But they had enough vans to provide me the one I needed and movers who were exceptionally efficient. I think no-frills moving companies are really worth looking into because they do the same job as the fancy ones but charge you much lower. I will definitely hire them again. more

All four movers were experienced and they knew exactly how to do the job properly. They were very efficient and skilled when it came to packing. Everything was boxed properly. When a moving company quotes you the cheapest price, you hire them! I didn’t know a thing about Suburban relocation systems but their quote was freaking amazing. Their movers arrived on time and were properly equipped. I couldn’t believe how easily they carried my furniture. It was a 3rd floor walkup and the stairs didn’t seem to bother them at all. Everything went smoothly and they were done in no time. They managed to deliver on time too. Nothing was broken or damaged. This was one of the worse moving experience of my life. I relocated from DC to Nashville and was excited to relocate with Suburban Relocation because of the reviews. Over the phone everyone seemed very friendly and accommodating. I was told about the binding estimate which was different from other companies I was receiving estimates from. However, when the men arrived at my home they looked around my apartment and charged me an additional $300. I was confused and inquired about the binding estimate and asked how he was able to know the space and additional charge without packing items on the truck, measuring, or weighing items. When I asked questions the mover said that he no longer wanted to move my belongings and that I could find another moving company. This was on the day of my move and I had no other options. When the movers arrived to my location in Nashville I waited for the mover to arrive at the time he said he would arrive. He did not come until the morning of the next day. The mover was extremely rude and I was charged an additional $200 when they arrived because of my stairs which I informed the central office of prior to the arrival of the movers. They lost one of my dining room chairs, they broke my lamps, and one of my pots. I left several messages about reimbursement and never received a call back. I definitely believe this company took advantage of my situation and the fact I was ignorant to the moving process. more

I wish I had known about Suburban relocation systems all these years ago. My move wouldn’t have been a problem! This moving company moved me last month and did a terrific job! They offered me a low deal and they were also very flexible with the payment methods. They sent very well equipped and well-trained men to help me. They packed all my belongings with care and moved it all very carefully. There were no damages upon delivery and no extra fees. I will be using this moving company from now on.
