My experience with Suburban Chevrolet has been very exciting. They're a great bunch of guys, and I harass them all the time. Dean is one of the salesmen and we get along real well. We chat and joke around, yet he's really helpful. He keeps his word, and he doesn't stretch of fabricate anything. What Dean says he'll do, he does, and Brian is the same way. Also, Matt, the financial guy, is just great. He is real knowledgeable about what he's doing.
By now, I've driven every car on their lot, at one point or another, because I'm very picky. I started looking for another truck last year because my other truck had so many miles on it and it just kept breaking down. I bought that truck off of them three years ago, and it's been a disaster, but those guys just kept on working on it. They made the best of the situation, and they kept working on it for me until it was fixed. Now that I don't need it anymore though, the afforded me the opportunity to trade up, and Brian saved me a little money where he could on the payment too, so I was able to buy a truck AND a car last week.
Suburban Chevrolet was very good. It's a nice, clean place too, and I like that. They have a great service department, complete with coffee, soda, water, and a TV.
I'm a retired mechanic, and for health reason I can no longer work on my vehicles. I didn't let anybody touch my Chevy but them, and now nobody is going to touch my other vehicles but them.
