When I pulled into Suburban's lot, I was immediately welcomed by a freindly salesman who listened to what i wanted. He never pushed me to buy- (extra points). Other staff at Suburban were equality freindly and knew what they were doing. \r more

My overall experience with your dealership leaves a lot to be desired. \r From the fact the online photos did their best to hide the body damage consisting of a dented roof and an aftermarket sunroof that is sealed in with silicone, because the dent does not allow it to seal or operate, the passenger side door and fender wrinkled, and the door hinge held on with sheet metal screws, and that none of the 3 salesman I had contact with bothered to disclose or even mention it to me. Granted the truck was below ""retail"", the cost of repairs is going to put me well over what I would have spent, had I gone out and purchased one without all the damage for ""retail"".\r Then there was the mess up of your finance guy telling me to book shipping when the truck was not even free to be released...almost lost my deposit on the shipping over that deal.\r Also the paperwork and temp tag were not with the truck when it was delivered to me, which I finally received yesterday...after being told it would be to me by last Friday... more

Very professional. Great communication. Willing to go ""the extra mile"" to gain and retain a customer. Paul Marrs even returned my calls on emails on his day off. I will not be shopping anywhere else from now on. \r more

A young man I know just bought a car from Suburban Chevrolet and the transmission went out right after he bought it!!!!!!!! They wouldn't do nothing about it except to say tough!! I will not ever give this place business and will tell anyone who will listen not to buy anything from them until they make it right!!! Rich big company taking advantage of a poor young man who was so happy to be buying a vehicle!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! AWFUL!!! AWFUL PLACE!!! more

Just my opinion, but beware if you buy a car vehicle from Claremore Suburban. My nephew just bought a truck from there and within 2 days the transmission screwed up in it and they told him too bad, see you when your payments due !!! more

PLEASE< do not buy a car from this place. We just moved back to Claremore after being in the Airforce for 15 years. We bought a car and the price was supposed to be $16000. When we signed the paperwork it said $16749, we asked why the difference and were told by the salesman S@#cy and the finance person it was paperwork fees. We had no idea what the fees were since we had never bought a car in Oklahoma before. The next day, we were told to come back that we forgot to sign a paper. Went back signed the paper. Today I received paperwork from the credit union showing ANOTHER price. What they submitted to the bank was $17,511. I have called and one person will answer and just pass me off to the next person. They are dishonest and will not help you if there is a problem. They cashed my $2000 down payment as well. Monday I will be visiting an attorney. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I will be filing every complaint I can get my hands on . Sad thing is, the salesman said he was prior military and would never screw over a fellow military member, yet thats EXACTLY what he did. Too small of a town to be crooked and dishonest. I have all the text message from the salesman too, thats the sad thing. In this day and age, if your going to screw someone over atleast have the brains to not TEXT IT! more
