Buyer Beware!!! If you buy a used car form this dealership they will not take care of any issues\r Once you sign on the dotted line your on your own sure they pay lip service to having satisfied customers but in the end I had a few minor issues I wanted them to check out and they refused or told me I would have to pay out of pocket. more

Would never go back. Had a problem with the vehicle I purchased, called back the next day and left a couple voice messages without getting a return call. I did get a couple emails that let me\r know that I was STUCK with it. A couple other dealers I went to kind of laughed at the vehicle they sold me. more

I love the folks at Suburban. I feel that they treat me like I treat them; we have a working relationship that is valuable to both me and them. Shane from sales and all the service advisers from Service are outstanding. Suburban is not the closest to my home of Chevy dealerships, but the team there is the closest to outstanding I know. more
