positive experience 4/13/2011

Picking up this leased vehicle was the first time I'd been to the dealership. Based on my postive experience it will probably not be the last as I will very seriously consider working with them on my next personal purchase. It was a night and day experience from prior impressions of the VW dealership in Albuquerque. If I'm to buy a VW product in the future, it will be in Santa Fe. more

Friendly & Professional 3/8/2011

Everybody was friendly and professional. The service manager took the time to explain what was being done to my car. I didn't feel like their demeanor was artificial or forced. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and providing excellent service. Too bad there are not negative stars 10/12/2010

because I'd give them minus 10 stars. The man quoted me a price then came back later with that same price *after* asking about a trade in (which we had *not* discussed before). When I said, wait, I thought we'd already agreed on that price *before* a trade in, he got nasty and said "I never promised that!" and proceeded to scold me! I guess he had his fingers crossed behind his back. This man was so rude to me, I could not believe it. I wish I'd read the earlier review before I went there--it's at least nice to know that I'm not the only woman they tried to take advantage of. Absolute jerks. more
