We have had ACME Appliance come out twice to fix our over a 15 year old Sub Zero freezer. The first time, with the refrigerator, they came out the very same day and fixed the problem in less than one hour. With the Wolf oven, I needed to schedule it because of my work, but they came out, identified the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes again. It's annoying that my pricey appliances are already having problems, but awesome that I have found a repair service I can rely on and trust. I highly recommend them. Thanks more

We had a Viking gas cooktop on which only two burners would ignite automatically. Had been using a lighter to light the others when needed. Made an appointment to have ACME technician Dan come out on a Saturday (at no extra cost!) to look at it. He's very personable, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. He had the cooktop out and found the issue (a spark module or something like that) fairly quickly and had everything working and reinstalled within an hour or so. Professional Guys 5/24/2010

These guys met me at home on my lunch our and fixed my Fridge in 30 minutes. They even had the parts on the truck. I was back at work before lunch was over! Highly recommend them. more

Great job. No one wants to have their appliance repaired, but if you have to, then definitely call Sub-Zero repair. They answer their phone promptly and courteously and they deliver on their promises by calling back and showing up when they say they will. They were able to diagnose the problem with my dryer quickly, locate the part, and get me back up and running in a couple of days. Their initial service call was $40., but that was put toward the total labor cost of replacing the broken part. They stand behind all their work and they are great to deal with! more

My call was returned within minutes and the appointment was set up per my time request. Jack had to go out and get a part for my refrigerator and he did it the same afternoon so I didn't have to wait. He was able to pinpoint the problem within minutes. Pros: sounds! more

Not A Bad Experience 4/4/2010

My freezer suddenly had a big problem and I selected Sub-Zero Los Angeles Repair by online searching. I had never done that before and I couldn't have asked for better results. Sam came to my home within one hour, was highly professional, quickly diagnosed my problem, and got the problem fixed. He even was kind enough to check up in the evening that all was running well once again. I highly recommend this repair service Pros: good job more

Edward and his assistant came on time for the appointment to fix my sub zero stove; both my stove and oven igniters needed replacing. They were very professional, efficient, and reasonable. Edward replaced the stove igniter while his assistant replaced the one in the oven. After finishing, Edward wasn't happy with how the stove igniter kept clicking, so he wanted to order a new one (he said they sometimes go bad when they've been sitting on the shelf for awhile). He came back a couple of days later to replace the replacement... at no extra cost. His charge for BOTH the oven and stove igniters was only $40 more than I paid for just a stove igniter about 5 years ago! more

Sub-Zero Los Angeles Repair has been my appliance service center of choice for a long time. They are courteous and efficient in their service work. I have had them repair my oven, stove, refrigerator and my range. Their diagnosis of the problem has been on spot each time and the repair was done in a fast manor. If parts were needed that were not immediately available, I was informed of the delivery time and communication lines were always left open to keep me informed if the parts were delivered or if they would be delayed by some issue. I will continue to use their service for my future needs because I have always felt like I mattered to them. more

I was extremely impressed with Sub-Zero Los Angeles Repair. I called during the middle of the afternoon and Sub-Zero Los Angeles Repair sent someone to inspect and repair my refrigerator that same evening. The expert (Rick) was timely, friendly, efficient and did a great job! My refrigerator is generating cold temperatures again. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. Quality service at affordable prices, AND they make you feel like you've known them for years. I wouldn't trust my repairs to anyone else!! Even though they had to order a part, I didn't feel like the wait for it to be shipped was that long, due to their great customer service and communication.
