My problem was repair or replace. The owner was extremely helpful going over all options, likely costs for repair given different scenarios, and let me decide what I wanted to do...

Really fantastic CO. 1/17/2012

Old Fashion Service! Great Prices! I called Repair Los Angeles to come out and repair my gas water heater, I was told it was the thermal couple or I needed a new water heater. Repair Los Angeles came out and it was neither just a lose wire. He only charged me the service call for coming out. This Company is really great! He has a real genuine concern for people. Most people would have told me that I needed the part or a new water heater. This company is very honest and has great integrity. I recommend them to all that are in need of repairs. Really fantastic man! more

Great Job 1/2/2012

Our fridge stopped working. The compressor was not running. He installed a hard-start kit which he said would be faster, cheaper, and most likely more reliable longer term and splicing in a compressor replacement. Very honest and charges very fairly. more

We had a leak in our refrigerator and so we called Them and the technician was at our house within 2 hours of our initial call. I was very impressed by this service. I highly recommend them. more

Fantastic service 11/24/2011

Very quick, punctual, friendly, and efficient. Started have problems with the freezer part of my refrigerator. Call and set up an appointment for the next day. The repairman was on time, clean and was very careful about damaging the wood floor and walls. Ended up just being a lose thermostat. more

Very good repair expert 9/11/2011

I needed a dishwasher repaired and after reading other reviews decided to call them. They made the appt for the very next day. That day they called in advance to let me know he was on the way and he was right on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. He was very efficient in completing the repair, but at the same time took his time to make sure it was done correctly and everything worked. The charge was very reasonable. All in all I highly recommend them. I won't even think of calling anyone else. more

I normally do not give 5 stars for reviews but this company earned it. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and he knew everything about the machinery. I just wish all businesses had the same ethic and demeanor as them. more

Great Service 8/25/2011

My washing machine broke and I had no idea who could fix it. My husband searched the internet and found this company. We scheduled an appointment for 10am. I thought the repairman was going to show up late and make me wait around forever, but I was WRONG! My doorbell rang at exactly 10am! The repairman found out what the problem was in only 20 minutes. He ordered the part and came back two days later to fix it. He did a fantastic job. I think my washing machine works better now than it did when it was brand new! I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them! more

This company is terrific! My machine broke on a Wednesday, called on Thursday, fixed by Friday - smooth- again, wish all repairs were this stress-free! The technician was fantastic, so personable, knowledgeable, polite, and was even early for the appointment so I didn't have to sweat waiting all day. I will definitely refer him to my friends, family, and clients!! more

Professionals 8/17/2011

While finishing up some laundry, my dryer let out a bang, and then its running got significantly quieter. It turned out that the drum had stopped spinning. I immediately gave them a call. They sent a technician who immediately figured out that the belt had snapped, had gotten a replacement from his van, and was swapping the busted one out. That was great service, I highly recommend them more
