Horrible customer service!! Do not trust!! I received a food gift basket from this place, started digging through my goodies and found brie cheese that expired 4 weeks ago!! Then I turned the basket around and saw a sticker that said it was supposed to be a baby basket containing baby shampoo, baby lotion, petroleum jelly, etc. Very upsetting especially since the fruit sitting in this basket wasnâ??t wrapped!!! I called and at first it seemed that they would make it right and replace my basket, Julie said that she had to talk to the owner and I would receive a call that night or the next day. Of course no call by 2 pm the next day, so I tried to call and talked to Dale/Gale (not sure what her name was), but she was extremely rude!! She refused to tell me who her boss was, who the owner was, or how I could get this fixed. Her only offer was to pick up the bad basket and refund the person who gave it to me (that solution does absolutely nothing for me as the gift recipient!! It was a birthday gift!!) She then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone for over an hour!!! I finally figured out the order was placed through another company and Stylish Stems just filled it locally. The other company replaced my food basket with no problems (and the second basket was much better) This was a situation that could have been easily fixed, but instead they chose to ignore the problem hoping it would go away
