Great results 9/3/2014

I hate going to the dentist. That's until I met DR. berg and Cindy the hygienist. They were very welcoming and kind. Listened to my concerns and delivered great results without putting me through pain. :) more

Dr. Berg's is an artist and a genuinely nice guy. I am pleased to be his patient as well as part of his staff. I appreciate his ethics, his sense of humor, and the way he treats all of his team members and his patients. I don't believe you can find better care for any price. Pros: Quality of work, very friendly Cons: only one of him. more

As a service, we printed out the co-pay information for YOUR contract with your insurance and used it as a visual aid to help you understand your costs, after which you signed that very page, indicating we had explained it to you. You took it home to review it and came back later for treatment. Certified Google reviews from hundreds of patients (Demand Force) indicate you are unique in your complaint about our office, nevertheless, we are sorry you were not pleased, and we do wish you well. more

It is a place where you can feel comfortable knowing they honestly care and that you get top quality work. I rjust ead a review written a long time ago that called them the ""Stepford"" practice. I am Dr. Berg and wish to respond to "Unethical." I have built my practice on impeccable ethics and genuine concern for my patients. When I learned about "Henry's" misunderstanding, I reviewed all details of his concerns and bent over backward to make him happy. As he admits, he received in writing the details of his expected co-pay, which he took home with him to review before returning for treatment. This simple one-page summary had no "fine print" and was totally accurate. As disappointed as I am that he misunderstood, I appreciate his comment about having received quality dental care from myself and my hygienst. more

This staff member was a new to the team, and I was very nice and understanding, thinking that a ethical dental group would take care of this issue. However I was completely wrong and Dr. Berg insisted that I pay for what I signed. When someone goes over my payment plan and then prints the forms for me to sign, I assume that what they tell me is what they will print, however this is not the case. Again great dental service from the hygienist and dentist, but very UNETHICAL practice more
