I had a difficult time buying stuff at Stuarts. When I went to the store, they convinced to buy the more expensive equipment. Later, in phone conversations arranging for a time for them to come over, they convinced me to buy little “extras” that I discovered were not needed.\r

The guys were fine when they came over to set things up, until they noticed the time and said that they had to run. So they very quickly finished up, not doing everything and left me with a small mess. But they also left without telling me how to turn on everything. Phone calls were not returned quickly, or even helpfully. They obviously had no intention of coming back over. In fact, I was told that unless I bought something else, they would not come back. I read the instruction books and with a friend set everything up and took the extras (wiring, battery backup) out. \r

My friends who went to Best Buy and other local stores had a better and easier time, spent less money, and have stuff at least as good as mine.\r
Pros: Nice store! I really liked it.
Cons: Expensive and no followup
