My parents have been going to Strong's for YEARS..so I decided to give it a shot. I recently purchased a car and got completely ripped off, I knew that there was atleast one thing wrong that the dealership said they would take care of, but I wanted a second opinion. Strong's was able to get me in quickly, they checked the car from top to bottom (new car check which is only $35.00!) and at no charge they sat down and explained all the issues, made a print out for me to give to the dealership and they offered to speak with the dealership about the problems. Quick, friendly and great work! more

Service was provided quickly and efficiently, and with a friendly smile. All employees that I had contact with were amazing, and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, which I felt was very professional and made me feel like I was being taken care of in a time of crisis for me. more
