Eight members of our family have been regular clients of Stressbusters for the past 15 years. We have always been refreshed and rejuvenated by the wonderful massages and the kind, helpful staff. As an ob-gyn, I have recommended Stressbusters to many of my patients. I think they do the best pregnancy massages. Yes, it is located in a strip mall next to Chuck-E-Cheese and it doesn't have some of the amenities of a Burke-Williams, but I have had the most therapeutics massages of my life from Mikki at Stressbusters. more

I moved to the East Coast five years ago and was sad to leave my massage "home away from home" StressBusters. Luckily, my husband has gotten a transfer back to Southern California and I was able to return to this great little gem of a place! I have tried the cheap places that seem to be popping up all over, but the difference between real bodywork and fluff massages is HUGE!! The staff here knows how to really relieve pains that my doctor only writes prescriptions for and that these WalMart Massage facilities haven't a clue how to heal. I walk out feeling 100% every single time! So good to be home to southern California and to StressBusters. more

I belong to a membership massage chain and have found that at best the massages are "hit and miss". One out of two or three are so-so or just not good. When I add in the cost of the massges I didn't like, it really isn't cheap at all!! I shared this with one of my kids' mom and she told me she went to StressBusters where every single massage she'd gotten was excellent and suggested I check them out. On her referral, I went and experienced the same thing. I've now gone four times; have seen four different therapists and had a great massage every time. Their price is still good; if a little higher than the membership chain, but I know I will get a high quality massage every time. more

I am having twins in a few months and have been horribly uncomfortable in my back, legs, having headaches and trouble sleeping until my physician highly recommended this place. I am gratefull beyond words!! In two pregnancy massage treatments, my body is now 100% pain free. ( I wish I could tell every mom to be about it). I have visited a membership massage place pior to going here and their prenatal massage was not even in the same BALLPARK as the work at StressBusters, and I am not kidding! I also bought a pillow sleep solution there that I sleep on made for pregnant moms that has given me a COMFORTABLE and full nights restful sleep. I don't wake up with sore shoulders and hips like I have had for months. I will be returning after my preciious babies are born to be fitted for a belly thing that returns the post-partum mom's our waist back to its prepregnant size; they told me to come in immediately after birth to be fitted. I have felt like a moose for about seven months; can't wait to have my body back... The place is not huge, so don't expect a corporate spa but for me, that is to my comfort. I don't care for huge, rather cold spas. This one is beautiful, warm and their massages are absolutely the BEST I have experienced. more

My lower back was killing me after starting a new exercise strategy to get back in shape. I decided I needed a good massage and found StressBusters on this website which was quite close to my home actually. The place is gorgeous on the inside. The outside is in a rather plain family type of strip mall, but as soon as I walked in the door the ambience was so pretty and relaxing I was transported into another world. My therapist listened to me more than any therapist ever has and addressed not only my lower back quickly but her magic fingers relieved the pain there as well as a few other places I didn't realize were sore. I have never felt so deeply relaxed after a massage and I have had MANY all over the world. My only regret is that I have lived close to them for years and didn't even know it!! more

My girlfriend had her 40th girls only birthday party here a few days ago. We had the spa to ourselves for massages and spa treatments, bringing in our own food & wine. The treatments were fabulous and everyone of us agreed that the massages were the very best we've ever had. StressBusters is small but beautiful and they made sure our evening was fun and relaxing. We can't wait til another of us has a birthday!! more

I was recommended to StressBusters by a co-worker and fell in love with the place. Best massage I have ever experienced and I love their community involvement. When I was there recently they were hosting a food drive for the Second Harvest Food Bank, giving away free massage in a drawing for those bringing in food. After reading the two review below, I laughed. Obviously they are by the same person!!...Anyone who has purchased gift certificates at ANY spa knows that gift certificates are not refundable. Dude...get real! I loved this place. They are genuine and trustworthy. Loved both the facial and the massage that my husband bought me for my birthday. I bought a gift certificate for my wife. Wife wasn't happy w/ the gift so I tried to return it. I was told that they do not refund gift certificates. I was not advised of the policy upfront and it is not on any of the printed materials handed to me (incl the gift certificate). Granted, I should have checked. I contacted the manager, Michael Anderson, and he acknowledged that he would "look into making the policy more clear in the future" but didn't offer a refund. Instead, he suggsted I give the gift certificate to someone else. I've e-mailed back and forth with Michael, and he refuses to give me a refund. It's silly, but my wife actually didn't like the name, and she didn't like the location (Laguna Hills-old strip mall). I've gotten gift certificates at Amadeus and Burke Williams. If you want to get a gift certificate, you're better off getting a gift certificate from one of these places. more

Got to be kidding me...I think "the best facial of 08" has to be a marketing ploy. I went to this place expecting a great facial but my experience was below average. The place has a nice vibe, the decor was pretty good and the people were very friendly but the facial was very disappointing. I felt a little pressured to do the more expensive Epicuren facial. I agreed to it as long as it includes great extractions. After $120, my face is still full of zits and congested pores! The neck and hand massage that comes with the facial was a joke. The worst massage of this kind, ever! If this spa wants the real title of "best facial" and not a fake one, it needs to train its estheticians better and work a lot harder. There are spas in Orange County that we have experienced, but this little wellness spa offered the best massage for cancer survivors! I had cancer surgery a year ago and have been a bit apprehensive about getting massages. After speaking with the person I encountered on the phone, I felt at ease that they knew what to do with those of us who have experienced cancer and chemotherapy. I wish I could shout how good I felt and how comfortable I felt under their experienced hands. They know about cancer and how to serve those of us who have experienced this horrid disease. I could tell that the therapist I had knew about cancer and how to serve cancer survivors with expertise and heart. The massage I received from their therapist was just what I needed and I felt safe under her hands. Pros: They know what they are doing!! more

i went into this sweet place on Sunday right before they were closing and asked if there were any massage openings. Apparently the last therapist was just leaving for the day but stayed in order to serve me. I am in the midst of a difficult divorce and am full of stress, but the massage that I was given was the most wonderfully relaxing and loving massage I have EVER received. I don't even remember the therapist's name but will call back to inquire and to schedule another appointment. She truly helped me let go of my problems both physically and mentally. Thanks so much!! Visited this cozy and beautiful day spa for a massageand brow waxing. I LOVED the job she did shaping my out of control brows. They've never looked so good and I've had them waxed all over Orange County!! The massage was also great; the therapist obviously loves what she does and it shows. Get yourself over to Stressbusters for a chocolate facial. Your face will love you for it. I just couldn't get over how wonderful the experience was. The Tuscan decor was just amazing. My senses loved the organic fragrant smells. The staff was very friendly and warm. I purchased the Lemon Cleanser. Every time I use it, my face thinks it's drinking lemonade. I am a cancer survivor and am currently undergoing chemotherapy. I was so impressed by the touch of StressBusters massage therapist that I met during an eight hour infusion at my hospital that I wanted to write how much I appreciated the calm, loving touch that she gave me. . This is definately the most anxiety producing times of my life (as well as my families) and to have someone offer me a relaxing massage who understands cancer massage was like being hugged by an angel. more

i LOVE massages, facials, all types of spa treatments and have gone nearly everywhere for them. This place is tucked away in a family mall near where I took my children for a birthday party (Chuck E Cheese) in Laguna Hills. I saw them and made an appointment for a wrap and a facial, not expecting to be "wow'd" but that is what happened. Everyone was so friendly and happy...I felt taken care of from the first step inside their lobby to when I had to be poured out the door afterwards. The massage put me into the great float place where all my troubles and aches disappeared and the wrap got me snoring. Facial products are organic and smelled good enough to eat! Like chocolate? I just came home from the best smelling chocolate body scrub and chocolate/cherry facial from StressBusters. Honestly, the product smelled like chocolate cookies...REAL chocolate is used and I felt like I'd died and gone to chocolate heaven...The scrub was a half hour, taken off with hot towels in the room and then after a shower I had a full hour massage.....fantastic massage!!!!!!! The staff is fun as well as VERY professional...the little spa is gorgeous and this spa treatment is the best I've ever had in all my years going to spas...
