Drafty old windows loose heat/ cool air. Gas bills like for a 3 bedroom home. Water, sewer, garbage not included and very high. Had problems with furnace many times, poor air conditioning, loud jumpy washer, ceiling leak from a neighbor's bathroom... keep looking. Customer service slow and not of good quality. more

Rentees BEWARE!!!! This place is SCARY!!! 10/24/2011

I recently renewed my lease with this place and was shocked to see how much they increased my monthly payments to. I just found out that someone in their east coast corporate offices made a calculation error and instead of them doing the right thing and recalculating everyones lease payments THEY KEPT THEM AT THE INCORRECT RATE! Talk about dishonest scum bags! They don't care about the residents and they are so quick to send you to legal and assess astronomical legal fees onto your lease! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! more

Very nice, upscale living 3/22/2010

I've lived here for 1 year. It's really nice as far as apartments go. The kitchens are small (but it's just a renter), the closet space (at least in the 2 bedroom w/balcony) is incredible. The walls are thin.. but it's an apartment, and much better than the last dump I lived in where I could hear actual conversations and not just mumbles. They allow pets, but I don't have one and have not been bothered by anyone else's. It's pricey but I have a garage and a washer/dryer in my apartment. We'll be staying another year at least. Pros: pool, garages, close to everything! Cons: only 1 car garages, no workout room more

Very nice apartments with attached garages. There is a swimming pool, but it is pretty small and not the kind that you can swim laps in. There is also no workout/fitness room. This complex is located in a quiet little subdivision, but is within walking distance to lots of stores, restaurants, and other attractions. But it is quite expensive! more
