Very nice apartments with attached garages. There is a swimming pool, but it is pretty small and not the kind that you can swim laps in. There is also no workout/fitness room. ...

Drafty old windows loose heat/ cool air. Gas bills like for a 3 bedroom home. Water, sewer, garbage not included and very high. Had problems with furnace many times, poor air cond...

Moving In 8/31/2012

my fiancee and i are moving in this weekend and the office has done nothng but been extremely helpful, considerate and absolutely the best. We've walked our apartment many times, even when we were not supposed to see it, (right after the previous tenant moved out before it was cleaned). The staff there is awesome. the rent is awesome for what we are getting. Every silly questions we have had, Randy and Michelle and Dan (the maintenance mgr) have gone above and beyond their call of duty to answer them and help us out. There may be bugs, every place has them. our apartment is absolutely beautiful, and yes we saw a couple of bugs, but no one has been in it for about a month and its starting to get nice out. i love our new home. i can't wait to get in there!!
