The maintenance staff, and everyone we have dealt with just displays pure courtesy and are there for you when you when you need them. And they are even around when they are not needed too, it keeps everything nice and they pay attention to detail. more

I have been a tenant with Mitchel Historic Properties for 18 years now. In this time the leasing manager is always available and attentive whenever I need him, and the condition of the properties are excellent. more

Everyone always has something to improve on, though when I think of Mitchell Historic Properties and the space I lease from them in the Strand District there is not much that comes to mind. Everyone I have been in contact with them has been very helpful and polite. They answer my questions and concerns and fix issues quickly. more

One thing you can count on with Mitchell Historic Properties is that they are reliable and very responsive to any problems that occur with the space you are renting. That means a lot to me when running a business knowing that I can count on them in case we have issues and they will take care of any issues that arise. more
