Who knew that a store could afford to simply ignore or blow-off customers in today's economy? I went to Strait's NW store tonight looking to purchase a beginner's guitar. I was basically ignored by not one but three employees who seemed too engrossed by their own personal discussions to be bothered by customer service. When someone FINALLY did come ""help"", he offered me no input, no advice, or anything at all. He simply stared at us and then went back to his conversation. Granted I wasn't there to lay out a huge amount of money to start with. But a basic guitar, case, strings, etc. adds up. And good service means repeat business. Now I not only WON'T return, but I'll also tell my friends to shop elsewhere. Don't bother. They didn't.
