Great prices, but poor service. 3/11/2008

Showroom service was great, but installation service was terrible. We got postponed twice, and then the installer left all his trash at our house and left the carpet all messy which clogged up my vaccuum. We would use Stout again, however we would we be crystal clear about the installation.\r more
