Had to get a storage unit after hours on a Sunday. Manager was amazing and met us on site to let us get all set up. He didn't make us feel rushed at all. Great customer service....

After my review and threat of a lawsuit regarding taking money out of our account, we have been able to come to an agreement.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. My husband and I recently moved to San Diego and had to store most of our belongings in the storage unit here. They had a TERRIBLE rodent issue! We had mice tear up our mattress, rugs, clothes, shoes, and personal belongings. When we moved out, three mice ran out of our storage unit. In an effort to keep some of our sentimental belongings, we kept a few boxes with us when we moved to San Diego. When we started to unpack, we found AN ENTIRE NEST OF LIVE BABY MICE in a box!!! To top it off, the owner would not work with us whatsoever. He made us clean the mice poop out of the storage unit AND charged us an additional half month's rent because he claimed he didn't know we were moving out (even though we clearly verbally communicated it to him). We lost over $1,000 worth of items due to their rodent infestation. I would STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere for your storage needs. At the very least, get some type of proof from them that they have taken care of their rodent problem. more

Don't be fooled by postitive reviews! 2/15/2011

Storage Depot sends out discounts to its customers along with a chance to win cash via email if you post good reviews. Basically, they are paying for postivie reviews.\r The management is unresponsive to a fault; I have been appalled at their lack of customer service. \r They will also claim that they have not had any break-ins when in reality that is not true. Call the Murray PD before renting here!\r The one star is for convenience and price, but the headaches that you will experience are not worth the benefits! more

We just recently bought a storage unit with Storage Depot. Our home office is in Indiana while we operate another office out of Murray. Storage Depot was very easy to work with our billing dept and getting us all set up. So far so good! more
