I recently visited Stonewater Medical for my first Botox treatment. I will admit I was nervous before the appointment, but I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect. The spa itself is calming and inviting. Dr. Elser was open to and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly before the treatment. I can say there was absolutely no pain involved in the 10 minute treatment, quick and painless. I began to see results in just two days and they are far greater than I anticipated. I visited Stonewater not to long ago. I was quoted one price and at the end of my service it was much more than stated. There also is a feeling that this business may be in financial trouble. I work in the area, and was recommended to come here from a girlfriend! I had a few skin problems and felt like I had tried every kind of brand out there only to never see results from it! I walked into Stonewater and they were instantly excited to take care of not only me, but my skin as well! They took pictures, informed me how to use the product etc. I will admit I walked out of there with a so-so attitude not because of the service, but because I thought it was another sale that I as the consumer purchased, yet again!! They started me on the OBAGI line, (Clenziderm) within 10 days I had started seeing results. By two weeks, I was at a 50% recovery!! I had never seen something like that! It's now been 3 months that I have been sticking with it, and my skin has been awesome! Of course any one gets a flare up here and there, but I can not tell you how many times people say I your skin looks really good! I always tell them its OBAGI!! GO to Stonewater!!!! I have since gotten some laser treatments done and peels that have helped even more! The doctor and the esthician walked me through every thing they were doing on me, upon the treatment! They have taken many pictures of me at different times that I've been in there, and I can not tell you how excited not only I get, but the staff there as well!!!! I would highly recommend Stonewater, even if you're not in the area!! You will have awesome skin when all is said and done! more

I live in Texas where my last two Primary Care Physicians both had lasers in their offices and offered various procedures. I thought you would have to be very brave to go through something akin to an "office procedure" with a laser. Then, on a trip to visit my husbands family, I spoke with Dr. Elser and he set my mind at ease. His paitent explination of how the laser worked and all the different uses it is capable of , made me take a chance. When I arrived at the spa, it was definately a much more comfortable atmosphere for me than the doctors offices. Dr. Elser talked to me and suggested ways that the laser could help bring my body back into "before babies' shape. He turned me over to his technician, Lori, and she got to work! I cannot believe the wonderful results! I thought that the only way to get my pre-baby tummy back was a tummy tuck! But the laser skin tightening really worked! The photo facial on my arms and face is really getting rid of the sun damage and age spots! And the tightening on my face has gotten rid of the sag under my chin! I scheduled an appointment / consultation for various services i was interested in. A laser peel, possible hair reduction, and lipo dissolve. I found the doctor's wife a bit pushy on the phone, but scheduled it anyway- I drove an hour to get there on time and waited almost 35 minutes to be seen. It was not because the doctor was running behind-(which i know happens sometimes)- I was his first client of the day! He was just late. He was nice enough, but has only been doing this since last december- I felt pushed into buying something by his wife- who acts as his receptionist and left feeling very disapointed that i wasted my time. ? That's how my skin looked after a microdermabrasion and skin-tightening laser treatment at Stonewater. I'm 45 years old and my skin is in pretty good shape, but these treatments left my skin glowing and smooth. This was the first time I've tried any kind of skin beautification process and I was extremely pleased with the results. The treatments felt good and the entire experiece was relaxing and enjoyable. Lori is skilled and confident and great to work with, and the office is sophisticated and comfortable. There is a big parking lot (with free parking) behind the building. Stonewater offered an easy, natural way to make my skin look healthy and beautiful. I will be back! more

I went for a laser consult. I have used laser services in a physician's office but never in a setting like this. I thought it would be more relaxing...but I felt totally uncomfortable having someone using this kind of dangerous equipment who was not a doctor or with the doctor present on the premises. Everyone was nice enough, but when doing these type of services, I'm definately more comfortable in a doctor's office, many of whom offer medical spa services in their offices with a spa setting. I am very impressed with the service and hospitality I received at Stonewater. The new laser technology is vastly superior in hair removal over the pulse light technology I used before. It seemed like it went faster, I feel like it hurt less, and it accomplished a lot more for my efforts. Lori, the technichian is highly skilled and made me feel warm and comfortable during the procedure. She is so friendly and easy to get along with. Everyone was pleasant to work with. I felt welcome and wanted as a client, which is nice. I plan to schedule more work in the future, and I will definitely use Stonewater when I do. Pros: Excellent staff and atmosphere. My experience at Stonewater was wonderful. My first time for a microderm and photo rejuvenation along with an opportunity to learn what treatments are available - I will definitely go back. I went to Stonewater for laser hair removal and I was pampered from the time I walked in until the time I left. These guys know their stuff. The thing I liked best about Dr. Elser is that he actually takes the time to listen to you and then educate you before he actually does the work on you. And his wife....she is so nice!
