Best dental experience you will have! The entire staff is very accomodating, personable to talk to and make you feel extremely comfortable while you are there. Dr. Wilkins is down to earth, and seems to give you his honest opinion. They appear to be have the newest technology, Even a machine that can make your crown in one appointment. When I moved to Indy I had to find a new dentist and chose Stones Crossing Dentistry. Initially I liked it there. Then last year they sent me a post card for my 6 month cleaning. I called for my appointment and they scheduled me 6 weeks before my actual cleaning was due (unbenownst to me). Since my insurance only covers once every six months I got a bill. Of course I was confused so I called my insurance company to see why they were billing me and they told me I had gone for a cleaning 6 weeks too early. So I called Stones Crossing to ask what happened and they said that they typically check for that but that I must have "slipped through the cracks!" I asked that since it was their mistake and I made my appointment in good faith that the postcard was sent when I was due for a cleaning not 2 months early if they would forgive my bill for $77. They refused. They also lied to me telling me they had given me a discount for their mistake when in fact I found out, since I have several relatives in the dental profession in Michigan, that they can't charge the full amount when they file it with your insurance company. All in all I am so disappointed with the lack of integrity with this office. I was amazed that they wouldn't rectify the mistake they admitted they made. I had even referred friends to them. Obviously I will no longer be going there as I refuse to do business with unethical people and I caution anyone looking for a dentist to be wary of Stones Crossing as they do not put any value in their patients...only in collecting money. more

I personally have not been to see a dentist in 20 years, mostly due to my own fears. I made an appointment at Stones crossing for both my husband and I, and I have to say was really impressed! Their staff were all extremely friendly and polite. I thought for sure I would get a lecture for not going in so long but that wasn't the case. I was very comfortable and everything was explained to me before anything was done (thankfully even after 20 years I had no major problems!!). So My husband and I will defiantly give 5 stars and we would recommend Stones Crossing Dentistry to anyone! more

I have yet to experience any real problems with Stones Crossing Dentistry. The offices are newer and clean. The techs are your ususal bag--ranging in age from just-out-of-school to middle age. Dr. Aaron Wilkins comes in at the end of the exam to glance over your mouth and give you a check up. He appears to be a good dentist and I haven't had anything to complain about in my 6 years as his patient. Therefore, I will have to recommend SCD as a good option for persons living in the Johnson County area. I have never sat in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes. They escort you to the exam room very promptly and begin your cleaning almost as soon as your seated. 4 out of 5 stars. Pros: Prompt service. Clean, newer offices. Thorough exam. Cons: Newer techs. more

Treatments & facilities were nice. Front desk/billing person not so nice. It's possible this person isn't there anymore. Pros: Dentist and Technicians are great Cons: Office staff and procedures are horrible more
