This is a rebuttal to the previous review and the comments that were made regarding StonePlans. The first question is whether or not the issue was resolved. I hear you say you like to support african american business but do you hold them to a higher standard than other business's? Have you ever made a complaint about any other business? Is this the first time you've had a complaint while doing business? Did you post it online? Probably not. Okay the headstone wasn't down before memorial day but i'm sure you weren't the only one because memorial day is a big holiday and everyone's ordering headstones. Stoneplans has done great work for the community by donating to dayton public schools, youth work programs, little league teams and more. I'm sure the price and quality was excellent. This company isn't very professional. My family was told that our loved ones headstone would be placed in time for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. This call took place in early Feb; more than enough time. We began checking on the progress last week and today find out that to our surprise, no headstone would be in place. We are very disappointed!! It's a shame that when we try to suppor our own local black owned companies, we are treated this way. more
