5 stars for the vets and vet techs. No question about that at all. But I stopped going.
It was a very tough decision, but the constant waiting there was worse than my human doctors office.
Waiting in the reception area. Waiting in the exam room. And a very loooong wait to check out. There was always a lot of confusion checking out.
If you are able to wait around, they are good, caring people. But if you have a regimented life, well, it didn't work out for me unfortunately.
