Best BBQ in Jacksonville 5/31/2007

We are gourmet BBQ experts. We have eaten at every BBQ restaurant between here and Vancouver, WA. Sticky Fingers ranks right up there with the best of them. I loved the juicy pulled pork. Husband loves the ribs. Side dishes are terrific. Love the apples. Neat restaurant and extremely pleasant and efficient staff. We go whenever we are in the neighborhood. We always leave with take-home left-overs for lunch tomorrow. I would not even put Sticky Fingers and Chilis on the same planet. Pros: Terrific Food - Great Service Cons: Need a restaurant on the westside of town. We have to drive across the river to eat. more

Best ribs in Jacksonville 11/13/2006

i am not a realy big fan of bbq but i absolutly love this restaurant esppecialy their potato appetizers with the pork and cheese. Pros: great food Cons: somewhat crowded more

Couldn't Disagree More! 8/29/2005

I have to disagree w/ ""Not THAT Impressed."" Obviously the ribs from a famous barbecue place are going to be better than those at Chili's, and they are!! In all of the Sticky Fingers that I have visited so far, the food portions have always filled me up (if there weren't left-overs!), and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. The service is 110%, too! more

Best ribs, chicken and service.... 1/26/2003

We arrived and were immediately blown away with the atmosphere and staff. The food was awesome! It was the legendary service that will bring me back. There is no place like it! Give it a try for yourself. Best place on the beach. Ask for an Irish Carbomb....you'll love it! more

Not THAT impressed... 10/25/2002

With all the ""10""s, I hate to give this place anything less... but I will. I was expecting a LOT more from all that I heard about it, however- that's not what I got. Their ""regular"" portion of ribs is small, their sides and drinks are tiny. The sauce was good, but for my money I will just go to Chili's- where you get a huge rack of ribs, mountain of mashed potatoes and grilled or steamed veggies (for the same amount of money). Cool Ambiance: jazz and blues. Pros: Cool jazz decor, nice bar Cons: Small portions more
