I used this company to purchase a step and repeat backdrop. This was a very time sensitive matter. I was guaranteed by three people that I would receive my product in time for my event. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company. Manager James is completely incompetent and unreliable. Customer service is horrendous. No one there has a clue as to what's going on. They messed up over half the orders I've placed with them.\r \r Cheap banners. Cheap customer service. Cheap website. Cheap everything.\r \r If you give a crap about your product or have any sort of deadline don't use them. \r \r Actually, just don't use them at all.\r \r Horrible company. more

The Worst Customer Service experience of my life 1/2/2012

I ordered stickers for my bellydance troupe. I placed an order with stickersbanners in April of 2011. After a few months, and many e-mails back and forth, I still didn't have my order. I asked for a refund and was told it would take a week. As of today, January 2, 2012, I still have not received my refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which stickersbanners never responded (they have seven complaints against them for the past year). Please avoid this company at all costs. I feel like I was swindled. Allan basically stole my money. more
