In February 2010, I paid 10,000.00 for a new HeatAC cooling unit for my new home addition. Within a couple of days of installation, I notifed Elton the owner of Stewart's Aire Serv, that my brand new unit would not cool or provide heat. He came to my location and told me I needed to pay an additional $900.00. I told him I would not pay that amount because it was not told to me sooner, much less why would I give this company more money when I already had a product of their that was not working. He claimed that my older unit had to be repaired. I wanted an explanation since it worked fine before they touched it. Also, it did not excuse the fact that the other brand new unit purchased from them did not work. Elton did not service or repair any unit that day or any day since. I have called the contractor that first referred this company to me, he subsequently changed his number, and I've called Stewart's Aire Serv, he has now blocked my home number and forwards each call I've placed to the
