I agree with yrhumble. Was just looking up their phone number b/c my car was parked and someone hit it during the snow earlier this week, and happened to read the comments. Not sure why the guy from 11/23 had that experience. These guys are great, reasonable, and professional. A great LOCAL business that has a huge amount of returning customers who are repeat customers who pass on the word. Not many business can survive on mostly word of mouth advertising - and that speaks volumes. more

I've taken my cars to Mike for years now and it is always a pleasure in every way. First, he does fast and excellent work at a fair price, always far below other estimates, especially, of course, from my dealer. Second, Mike and Ed are good guys, friendly and accommodating as well as honest and fair. It is always a wonder to me, sort of like watching Brooks & Shields, to have these last of a breed civilized and decent guys available in our shabby culture. The only reason I haven't reviewed them before is that the shop is so good some of us (other friends who go there) didn't want it too widely advertised, for selfish reasons, you know - to keep it our secret. But I don't know what that guy of Nov 23 could be thinking - and had to get in here to defend the good guys. It doesn't sound like it could possibly be the shop and the guys who have served me and others I know so well for so many years. more

I took my car after reading those reviews to these people. And now im most regretting for that. First kept my car for 16 days (It was hail damage repair and Frank told me it was going to take one week MOST). Than when i took my car back it looked 5 years older in my eye. Screw driver scratches, missing screw covers, plastics on doors, around windows disaster, trunk painted wrong...i can keep writing but dont think enough place here. Frank told me he was going to repaint and fix the problems. Took it back this time insuranse only paid for 3 days of rental car (even though its not their fault but this place's but on the phone they told the insurance lady they did a satisfactory job-ugghhh what a satisfaction). I was supposed to take it back last saturday its Tuesday and im still waiting (i called them yesterday he told me 2 men were working on it and it was goign to be ready this morning-i told i didnt have a car even to pick it up he said he would get it delivered)... Im not blaming Mr. Stewart i heard he did a great job for people but now he sold it and someone else owns it. So do not make the same mistake i did... Pay more get real service plus the damage they did to my car costs more... more

recenlty had my truck repaired. Dealer in Olathe estimted over $3,600, Mike Stewart's estimate was $2,100 and he even replaced the muffler which dodge dealer did not include. more
