I trust Steve's auto to take care of my car! They always provide great service with fair prices! I would also like to thank Dudley for his professional service!

Worst

My truck was having issues. I spent over $1300 to get it fixed, some of which was unnecessary repairs. They would not give any type of refund on the the $1200 unnecessary "fix"....

Offered shuttle service for tire change 11/17/2013

Glad for this service since I currently am the only driver in my household. Everything else about the service was fine. more

These guys are the best! 11/14/2013

I went to start my car in the morning, and it wouldn't start. Not the best way to start the day. I gave it a boost from my 2nd vehicle, and went straight over to Steve's. They diagnosed the problem within minutes, and I was ready to roll within an hour. The friendly atmosphere, the honesty, and the excellent customer service is what makes Steve's Tire and Auto the best place to take your car for any problems you may be having. This was the first time I've been to Steve's Tire and Auto and really picked it due to it's closeness to my office. I was greeted right away and my car was ready very quickly. I know that it was just for an oil change, but I appreciated the fastness and quality of the job. I will definitely use them again for all my auto care needs. more

Caring about what's best for the customer 9/30/2013

I knew that the noise my car was making could be the end of my healthy car. I've been considering getting another car, and I wanted to find out how much the recent needed repair was going to cost. After finding out it would cost more to fix the car than it's worth, I declined the fix. The people I spoke with were very understanding and did not pressure me to fix the car. They then proceeded to talk to me for 15 minutes about things to consider when buying a used/new car, advice for looking at the Carfax and brands to consider. Great customer service! more
