I would never recommend Steve's plumbing for their outrageous prices. First when they arrived, they tried to sell me a yearly contract at $14.95/month, then they did a free inspec...

Daniel was very professional 4/20/2011

Daniel was very professional. He showed up on time and even waited for me when I was late! he had all the parts on his truck and completed the service quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up and was gone in a flash. I will absolutely call them again! more

Rip off: 5mn job, $348 + tax 4/14/2011

I would never recommend Steve's plumbing for their outrageous prices. First when they arrived, they tried to sell me a yearly contract at $14.95/month, then they did a free inspection and tried to sell me for $2000+ of preventive maintenance. Finally, they started working on the leak, they replaced a "delta TS cartridge pressure balanced" in no more than 5mn. I saw the part which probably costs about $20. Total receipt with a $75 discount as first customer: $348. I had a phone discussion with Steve (the owner) and except for saying it is childish to write online reviews, he justified the cost with the quality of the service. The quality was in pare with previous plumbers I hired, not worse, not better, same guarantee (one year) but the price was 3 times more. more

Steve's Plumbing LLC really knows their business! They are honest, reliable and fast. I found them online and called them and took the time to explain in detail everything that had to be done and answer any questions I had. He sent someone over the next morning and the job was done that a.m.. I can't say enough good things about them. It was painless. Thanks Steve's Plumbing LLC more

not charge you for unnecessary repair 2/10/2011

I have hired Steve's Plumbing, LLC to do several plumbing jobs around my house. He is very professional, knows what he is doing has a license and most importantly he does not charge you for unnecessary repair. He would tell me if this particular repair can be done myself. . I have also referred Steve's Plumbing, LLC to my friends and will continue to do so. more
