Five Stars! 5/25/2011

I got what I wanted so I rank it 5 stars. Working with Amir V got me the best deal on my lease. We were just buying wine at the Bev Mo next door and decided to look around for a car for my wife for her birthday in a few weeks. My 8 year old son and I were just looking. While looking at their inventory, we spotted a "for lease" sign inside a 2009 Legacy 2.5i Special Edition sedan and decided to ask Amir a few questions. After a few back and forth (in a partnership kind of way and not at all antagonistic) we came up with a deal that I couldn't say no to. Because of the 4th of July weekend (their motivation to close a sale), and maybe our "soft" approach made a difference in us getting an agreement that fits my needs and budget. So my experience was first rate. Thanks Amir! more

Made Car Buying Enjoyable 5/24/2011

When I first started car shopping a few weeks ago my first stop was Stevens Creek Subaru. I was greeted by Andreas and when I explained that I was not in the market to buy that day and needed to test drive a few different makes of vehicles before I knew what I would want I was pleasantly surprised by a no pressure test drive of the Outback. After driving other vehicles I took a week to decide on the Subaru. I got back in touch with Andreas and he was very professional and friendly about answering my questions. The whole experience was so easy I actually enjoyed it (the thought of car shopping does NOT bring a warm feeling to me generally speaking)! I even found myself laughing with Eric in the finance department (very cool young man). Today I drove home my new Outback and I'm stoked! SO, if your interested in a Subaru I highly recommend visiting Stevens Creek and asking for Andreas Beckman. The guy's a prince of a car salesman. more

Pleasant experience 5/21/2011

I came here fully expecting to be swarmed by a bunch of blood thirsty devils, but left fully satisfied with the whole experience. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying car salesmen are all trust worthy. I used the Internet to contact the fleet manager beforehand. Mike was able to offer me the lowest price (fleet) and got me the car I wanted. He did low ball me on the initial trade in offer but we were able to settle at a price where we're both happy. For the most part, he was a totally cool guy to deal with, friendly, and most importantly he made you feel comfortable. Going through him made this experience as pleasant a buying a new car can be. more

Perfect Experience 5/12/2011

I had a perfect experience dealing with Mark Moore in the internet department when I leased my Subaru Forrester a couple of months ago. Even though I said I probably wasn't going to buy a car for a month, he still took me seriously and took the time to sit down and show me the numbers. After shopping against Honda and another Subaru dealership, I decided to buy without waiting the month because they had what I wanted in stock and his numbers were where I wanted to be. If you want a Subaru, deal with Stevens Creek. more

Honest and Professional 5/12/2011

About 2 days I go, I emailed Mark Moore, the internet manager asking for a quote on 2010 Outback. Mark told me he would give me a screamin' deal and he did. He was professional, honest and was a man of his word. The price he gave me over the phone was the exact price that he sold me the car at. He wasn't pushy at all, answered all my questions, and made this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. more

No Pressure 5/4/2011

Tamie was an absolute delight to work with. She took the time to explain the Subaru story, the engine design, safety, features of the vehicle, etc. I had my eye on the Forrester so we took it on a test drive without any hassle. Upon returning back to the dealership, she drove us to the lot where all the Forrester's were and showed us all the colors and different trims. Tamie said it herself that she is a no-pressure, no gimmicks sales person and that she truly was. If I was ready to buy a car at that moment, I certainly would've bought it from her. more

Average Car Place 2/18/2007

Average, typical car delaership. Nothing too bad about it. Never used their service department, but I have bought two cars (Subaru) here. It was ok. Hate the car buying process, but I got what I needed here. more
